Years ago this was the "quote of the day" on a calendar. It struck a note with me. I taped it over my work area at North Street. It made the trek across country and is a daily reminder to slow down. There are many reasons to pause. Often I can be more receptive to the Spirit during the pauses.
Be still and know that I am God.
