Remembering & Sharing

And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done with them, and how he had .....

Paul and fellow disciples of Christ gathered in Antioch.

I was impressed with the phrase "all that God had done with them." Rightfully so, we usually talk about what God has done "for" us. It's equally important to remember that God wants to work "with" us. We can accomplish so much for ourselves and others when we choose to be part of His team and let Him work with us.

Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ want us to remember these experiences and to share them.

Utah - Transcontinental Railroad

Tour along the Transcontinental Backcountry Byway

Route of the 1869 Transcontinental Railroad - This section was built by the Central Pacific Railroad. Our guide was an archeologist with the state of Utah. The landscape has changed very little since 1869. Trains used the rails until 1942. The rails were taken up and vehicles can now drive on the original grade.

stone culverts allowed water to flow under the railroad tracks

Great Salt Lake in the distance
our group of 50 took over this small cafe in Snowville, Utah
