Friday evening we went to Juanita Beach Park for the Farmers’ Market. MANY, many other people joined us there. It was a beautiful evening. The produce was grown in the Yakima area - on the east side of the Cascades. It's sunnier and warmer on that side of the mountain.
We bought snow peas, asparagus, cherries - delicious!
These huge bouquets were $5 last season. $7 is still a good deal.
Musicians add to the festive atmosphere
Dinner - woodfired on the spot
warm enough to play in the lake
