When I was walking in the park recently, my eye was drawn to the huge scar in this tree. Something major must have happened to cause such a big scar. I was glad to see green leaves growing out of the wound.
Our lives are like this. Sometimes disaster strikes.
No matter the damage, there is always the potential for new growth.
