Friends

"Truly great friends are hard to find, 

difficult to leave, 

and impossible to forget." * 

We received these beautiful tulips from dear friends. Their loving note referred to our long time friendship that has not dimmed even though they moved from Ohio over a decade ago. They and their children blessed our lives while they lived in Ohio and after they moved. The blue vase belonged to our long time, close friend and neighbor Eleanor Shearman. It was her favorite vase. After she died Eleanor's daughter gave the vase to us. It is one of our treasures.

Friends are treasures.
