It must be Christmas - peppermint gelato. I conducted an experiment. Peppermint mixes very well with Oreo - kind of like Trader Joe's Candy Cane Joe-Joe's

Kirkland is getting spiffed up for Christmas. 

The chain link fence was decorated as was the sculpture.
