Empty drawers, empty bins & empty spaces on shelves
At some point we will move into a one floor place -
and it will probably be smaller than what we have now.
So the downsizing continues.
This process will benefit our children at some point. Whenever I empty a bin or other space I often think of a story in Dad's "End Times" book. He assembled the notebook to assist us with information and arrangements after his death.
"Cleaning Up After Daddy"
When we were in Arlington Heights, Illinois, following the death of Mary's mother, we were busy gathering things together, disposing of personal articles, and busily trying to help Mary's father get the house arranged for his new life alone.
Thinking about all the work going on, Julie (with an insight far beyond her tender years) remarked, "Daddy, when you go it will take us a week to get you cleaned up! ".
