Vashon Island, Washington

Boarding ferry to go to Vashon Island, Washington Vashon Island had about 10,000 people in the 2010 census. It’s about 36 square miles of land.

We went to the farmers market
Matsuda Farm where an Asian Flea Market and Garden Sale was being held. The farm used to be a large commercial strawberry farm. Now it’s on the National Register of Historic places and consists of the original family home, Japanese garden, and barreling plant.
