Dominican Republic - Las Damas Street

Calle Las Damas - Street of the Ladies
created in 1502
oldest street in the Americas - also billed the first paved street in the Americas
my question - what about the roads built by the Mayans?
Also called Calle del la Fortaleza - street of the fort
& Calle Colon - Columbus Street
Built in 1502 - Explorers Cortes and Pizarro lived in this house
It's now the French Embassy
Fortaleza Ozama - built in 1502 by Spain

Casa de Bastidas - Bastidas was Honorary Mayor in 1512.
The building now houses the Trampoline Children's Museum

El Reloj de Sol de Santo Domingo - one of the oldest sundials in North America
