Juanita Bay Park is a beautiful park with wetlands, boardwalks, and nice level trails. Juanita Bay is at the northeast end of Lake Washington, about 10 minutes north of Kirkland.
The grass and flowers were beautiful in the evening light.
You had to look closely to see ducks, turtles and other animals in amongst the plants.
Heron? - Waiting to catch a fish perhaps?
Redwing blackbird? Beautiful song.
