Slowing Down - Being There

 "... all the times you should have stayed still, 
should have listened, or waited, or looked, 
not kept acting and moving as though 
you always had somewhere else to be." *

With age comes the awareness of times I wish I had stayed still longer, listened more, waited with more patience, or looked with more observant eyes.
