Water, Salmon, Farmers, Native Americans


Salmon, rights of Native Americans, and water rights are hot button topics here in the Pacific Northwest. 

Skagit County, Washington is experiencing a water shortage due to contention over these issues and people who can't agree who should control the water - the Native Americans or the County or utility companies.
