Today we were working in our office when we overheard a conversation in the driveway next to ours. "It's a bit warm," said one woman. "Yes, it is." was the reply.
Joe immediately looked up the temperature - 71 degrees! In fact I put on my fleece jacket when I had lunch downstairs. This graphic, snapped at 4:22 about when the comments were made, says the 71 degrees feels like 78. You could fool us. The nice breeze is cool enough that we don't have the windows all the way open.
It's amusing when we hear people talk about hot and muggy. What's muggy to natives here is nothing compared to Midwest mugginess.
