Boeing Tour

We toured the Boeing plant which is housed in the largest building in the world (by volume) in Everett, Washington. Our group of 50 saw the assembly plant where 747, 767, 777, and 787 Dreamliners are assembled. Some of the assembly lines are long enough to accommodate 4 planes, with wings attached. It was fascinating to watch the process. Our tour guide clearly enjoyed his job and loved airplanes.

 The white plane in the back is one of 4 Dreamlifters in the world. We saw two of them; one took off in front of our tour bus. These huge cargo planes transport Dreamliner parts.

Beyond Measure Astonished

The events of the last few years have left us "beyond measure astonished" more than once as we've seen our lives filled with blessings and a few miracles. It's amazing what Christ can do for and with us. Mark 7: 37 

He Lives!

He atoned for us

He died and was resurrected

He conquered death

He lives

And so will we

Every year I look forward to standing in fields of awesome color

I don't know how to describe the feeling

It's as if I can feel the vibrancy of the colors

Tulips - Display Garden

RoozenGaarde (www.Tulips.com) is a division of Washington Bulb Company Inc., the largest flower bulb grower in North America with more than 1000 acres of tulip and daffodil fields located in the Skagit Valley. In addition to the vast fields of flowers, we also grow tulips and lilies year round in our 15 acres of greenhouses.

Happy It's Spring

This shrub looks like it's happy it's Spring!

This is one of my favorite shrubs, piers or lily-of-the-valley shrub. 

It keeps getting more colorful as the seasons progress.

Its leaves are green most of the year. Then the tiny lily of the valley bells appear in early Spring. Then the red leaves appear and last for I forget how long.
