Faith

In conversation with Harold B. Lee, Boyd K. Packer said he wanted to be obedient to counsel he'd received but he saw "no way possible" to do what he'd been counseled to do. Harold B. Lee said, “The trouble with you is you want to see the end from the beginning.” I replied that I would like to see at least a step or two ahead. Then came the lesson of a lifetime: “You must learn to walk to the edge of the light, and then a few steps into the darkness; then the light will appear and show the way before you.”  source

"And now as I said concerning faith—faith is not to have a perfect knowledge of things; therefore if ye have faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true. (Alma 32: 21)

Our faith, the light of Christ, and the Holy Spirit will help us as we step into the unknown.
